Our comprehensive treatment programs include therapy, nutrition guidance, body image and therapeutic movement groups, and ongoing education to help our clients heal their relationships with food, body and each other. We embrace an intersectional, anti-oppression, trauma-informed approach, removing criticism and judgement so clients feel supported, nourished and hopeful about their recovery journey.
Everyone deserves to experience peace in their relationship with food and their body. Recovery from eating disorders is tough, we get it. At Prelude, we are dedicated to providing evidence-based, therapeutic services in a nurturing community to support you and instill hope for recovery.
Finding recovery requires an evidence-based approach that acknowledges the profound emotional and physical impacts of living with an eating disorder.
Our IOP is four hours per day, four days per week, and is designed using a BioPsychoSocial treatment framework to address each client's unique needs. IOP offers separate programs for adults and adolescents.
Our SOP is designed as a step-down from IOP, or an entry-point of it’s own depending on assessment. Clients will be at the program 2-3 times per week for 1-2 groups as well as individual and family sessions.
Our independent services include individual and family therapy, nutrition services, eating disorder assessments, community support groups and educational programs for parents, community members and healthcare professionals.
